Overclocking settings on a B150 motherboard?

I have a ASUS B150 Pro Gaming/AURA Motherboard and inside AI Suite 3 and the BIOS there are the following options:
CPU power phase control
(standard, optimized, extreme)
CPU VRM Switching frequency
(auto on,off)
CPU power duty control
(T.Probe, extreme)
CPU current capability
(100%-140%)

The motherboard itself also has a "CPU Over Voltage jumper" which the manual says is for a "more flexible overclocking system"

I could not find a clear explanation of these, but I gather from the explanations in AI suite they sound like overclocking features.

My questions are as follows:
Why do these features exist on a B150 chipset motherboard, as B150 is not overclock-able?
What do all those settings do?
and what should I set them to be for best performance when not overclocking as my CPU is not overclock-able?

Thanks in advance

Ok but what about the over voltage jumper?
And what do those settings do anyway? Because those settings are also in the BIOS so it can't be for all motherboards and it must do something
