Trying to build a gaming pc with

So right now i have an old rig with these specs:
Operating System
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Pentium G850 @ 2.90GHz
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
4,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
JETWAY TI61MA (SOCKET 0)
Graphics
ASUS VH192 (1366x768@60Hz)
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 630
Storage
465GB Western Digital WDC WD5000AADS-00M2B0 ATA Device (SATA)
232GB Seagate ST3250310NS ATA Device (SATA)
Optical Drives
WD Virtual CD 07A8 USB Device
Audio
High Definition Audio Device

and I was wondering if the expert here can give me a solution on which should i upgrade first, my first thought was that i should change my motherboard and I'm planning on buying msi z270m mortar (coz i want to future-proof my pc) but then my burden will increase since that means i have to change my CPU, RAM, and buy a new windows license, which is why right now i changed my plan into buying a new PSU and GPU (RX 480 8g) even though i know it will be bottlenecked as hell at least i can still use my pc right?

BTW my current budget are only about 300$ so that's why i can't afford to change them all at once, moreover, in my country, the price are about 20-40$ higher than the MSRP (and i mean all of the component)

Solution
here is an upgrade path that u can build up to a decent gaming rig :

get a pentium g4560 with a 4 slot b250 mobo like the MSI B250 proVDH or asrock pro4
get 2x4gb of 2400 ram sticks. u can use ur other components with this.
wait for vega and get a 250-300 buck gpu. i know this will bottleneck ur 60hz[correct assumption?] monitor. but u can cap ur fps in the in game settings.
u can later change that g4560 to a i7 7700 and 2 extra ram sticks for 16 gigs of ram. also, a 144hz monitor later would be great ;)

First off I wouldn't upgrade your GPU or PSU, I would start off by buying a CHEAP (50$-70$) motherboard (not an expensive OG gaming motherboard). Then I would consider purchasing a new AMD Ryzen 5 CPU, (the cheapest one on the market: Ryzen R5 1400) and for RAM I would just purchase 8GB DDR4 2133 or 2400MHz.

After you do that I would purchase a 400W-500W power supply and a graphics card such as the RX 460, RX 470 or the RX 560.

PS: You DO NOT have to purchase a 'new' Windows license if you keep your old hard drive! I would purchase like a 120-250GB SSD so that you can have fast boot times (you can change the drive Windows boots from) and store your most used applications on the SSD.

wow such a fast respond, thanks KR2, i'll think about it and see if there are others who might respond, since your solution means i will have to spend extra money (upgrading the mobo and cpu at later point would cost me again ) then again, i guess the fault was on my side since i stick with "this guy" for too long :/

okay Lucky_SLS, thanks for the specific solution, will try to do that :D and yes you're correct, my monitor is still 60hz, btw i don't think vega would be that cheap since if that happen it would affect their recently launched rx 580
