Good Day!

I want to be build a super low end gaming PC and i am choosing between these two build:

Option 1:
AMD A10 7860k
4GB 2133Mhz RAM

Option 2:
Intel Core i3 7100
MSI GT 730 2GB GDDR5 64bit
4GB 1600Mhz RAM (i already have this memory)

Both memory will run in dual channel mode.

I already had the other components. Please assume they're also low end. And I will only buy a 50-60$ motherboard for these. Only had a normal HDD. I also don't plan on overclocking. The most intensive game I'll play is only DOTA 2. Which build will I get more FPS? Hope I can get a high settings for any of these.

PS: Please don't recommend me to save more bucks for a better setup. I just need to choose between these two. Thanks!

The only real reason to choose an APU is so you can use the integrated graphics and save by not buying a videocard. If Dota 2 is the most intensive game you'll play, then all you need to do is see how Dota 2 runs on an A10 7860. There are pleny of Youtube videos to look at.

I would not pair a GT 730 with an i3 7100. In that pairing, you are spending far too much on the CPU and far too little on the GPU. You'd be better off with a Pentium G4560 and an RX 550. The RX 550 is a new card that'll allow you to spend the least amount on the videocard, but it's not a great deal in performance per dollar. If you can spend a bit more, the RX 460 or GTX 1050 are better deals.
