Internet slower than usual

So yesterday my internet just started acting slower than usual, idk the problem. Usually my internet speed: ping 10, download speed 100mpbs, and upload 9mpbs. Now when testing in speedtest.net ping is 55 download speed 65mpbs and upload 6.5mpbs (when it works, youtube lags and overall video streaming is laggy and sometimes pages don't even load) I've tried restarting my router and changing my ethernet cable, no difference. Also my brother has no problem with his internet. Any help? Ty in advance

Just the internet equipment i.e modem/router. Speak with whoever supplies your internet equipment and your service.
