Hello, 3 days ago the CPU I order to aliexpress came since this day I can't do it work, I tried put off the battery to restart bios, I tried every bios configuration, I have windows 10 x64 the PC start but when the load screen appear the PC freeze or some random blue screens appear, when I boot with the installation DvD the same happen, I tried windows 10 32 and 64 bits and windows 7 32 bits, I tried change the ram, graphic card, everything when I try all this steps with my old CPU all works, at this moment my mind is blank, I tried to install windows 10 in my old CPU and change it for the new to have a clean OS and same results, I waste 3 days to try to fix by myself.

Motherboard: gigabyte GA-MA78G-DS3H rev 1.0 version f9
CPU: Phenom x4 9850
Memory: SSD HDD Ram
120gb 512gb 2x4gb 800mhz for and
Graphic card: xfx radeon 6970 HD
Power: 800w

The old CPU is an athlon x2 6000+, the new is in the supported CPU list.
Any idea guys guys, I'm affair to broke something because I need to still using the PC so I'm changing the CPU putting off the cooler and I think this is bad for the PC I'm going to bend the pins or the cooler and I'm wasting loads of thermic paste. The seller says they "check" all the CPU's before send it. Thanks.

P.S: I suppose to have an extra warranty (I pay for it), but the seller only say me, try that and that...

It sounds to me like a bad CPU. If you are using all the same hardware. Assuming you are just switching between the Phenom x4 9850 and the AMD Athlon x2 6000+. That the system works properly with the Athlon x2 6000+ installed but crashes with the Phenom x4 9850 installed. Then the Phenom x4 9850 is faulty.

I don't know how extensively the seller tests the CPUs. My guess would be not long enough for the errors to occur. Given how little such an old CPU is worth. It wouldn't be worth the effort to test extensively. Given how rare a CPU failure is.
