Hello, today i went from 8GB corsair vengeance ram running at 1600mhz, to kingston hyperx fury 16gb running at 1866mhz.
Now, some things seem to be going wrong, ive had a few game crashes since, and some of my internet tabs crashing. This never happend prior to this so i dont know what the issue could be.
Playerunkowns Battlegrounds also has been having issues, the textures tend to take a long time to load, as does the game, again this didnt happen before.

Memtest86+ is the gold standard for testing ram.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

You can try upping the ram voltage in the bios a bit, that often fixes ram speed issues.

You could also contact Kingston for assistance.
Perhaps they know something about interactions with your motherboard.

It is always possible that the ram is defective; It should have a lifetime warranty.

It is most likely there is nothing wrong with the memory. Memory manufacturers don't guarantee adding extra memory to existing memory will work or how it will work.

Memory manufacturers guarantee the rated speeds of any memory to be obtainable only in the kit it is sold in. If you are adding an additional set of memory, the memory may not work or may not be able to operate at rated specifications. Therefore, you will need to relax the timings and/or frequencies in order to get two sets of memory to work. Another option you may need to do is increase the dram voltages or reduce the CPU multiplier.

I think you misunderstood, i didnt add the new RAM into the machine with the old RAM in there too, i took out the old 8GB RAM and put in 16GB RAM instead.
