I have a budget of $600 for an upgrade of my pc which is dying :pt1cable:

so Im planning to get a ryzen build that can stream on twitch without making my pc suffer

Im eyeing on 1500x and 1600 which are nearly the same price

and im asking for more tips for cooling it

P.S
i have a gpu its a gtx 950

its a gift from a friend

he bought it last year tho so it is in quite good condition somehow
but i wanna know any good gpu that is cheap for streaming

Yes the R5 1600 is an excellent CPU. The 1500X doesn't offer any significant advantages it won't overclock higher and the 1600 has two more cores which is always good for livestreamming.

Either way I think you can livestream by using the NVENC codec found on the GTX 950

And the stock cooler will be fine. It is a pretty good cooler I'd only get an aftermarking cooler if you want to OC beyond 3.6 GHz
