Will this graphic card be able to stream Netflix in 4K

Im thinking of getting the Beelink BT3Ⅱ PC which has the 400 graphics card.

Solution
Netflix requires that you have a Kaby Lake CPU to stream their 4k on a PC, also W10 and use the Edge browser. https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2016/11/netflix-4k-streaming-pc-kaby-lake-cpu-windows-10-edge-browser/

So unless they've relaxed that requirement the answer is no.

Thanks!
My internet connection is 60/25 so that should not be the problem

Yep, that should be good. I was able to stream Luke Cage in 4K with 40/12. Also remember to get the UHD version of Netflix, not just standard. I think it's 11.99/month.

Cool! I have the UHD version
But the PC I will get only have HDMI 1.4 output. Will it work then?

WOW! You are right! I can't believe they did that. Oh well. Sorry OP.

*Streaming in 4K requires an HDCP 2.2 compliant connection to a 4K capable display, Intel's 7th generation Core CPU, and the latest Windows updates. Check with the manufacturer of your system to verify specifications.
