Technically, it will be enough. However, it isn't a very good unit, and I would recommend getting a new one. The very least I would recommend is a EVGA B series. Something like this would probably be a good choice for you. (I have a build with an H150 mobo, an i3 6100, and a 1050 ti using this PSU.)

There's a chance it would, but I would say it's unlikely. Chances are, if it isn't enough for the 1050 ti, your computer just won't be able to run with the 1050 ti plugged in. I'm not gonna say damaging it is impossible though, it could definitely happen. Shouldn't be a huge deal though if you buy a card with a warranty.
