Hi all,

I am looking to cool both my CPU and GPU with a new liquid cooling system, but am somewhat unfamiliar with liquid cooling. I currently use a simple EVO 212 cooling fan for the CPU and have decent temps, ~40C when gaming. My GPU, GTX 1070, runs kind of hot (~70C). I know that's generally a safe temperature, but for long term safety and health of my components I want to bring that temp on the GPU down a bit. I bought one H110i and am curious if I can use it to simultaneously cool both the CPU and GPU if I remove my current CPU cooler. I have the Kraken G10 mounting kit for the GPU.

Is this something that is possible, or do I need more to use the H110i liquid cooler for both the CPU and GPU simultaneously? Thanks in advance for the help!

I wouldn't suggest doing that with the cooler. Wasn't designed to cool anymore than the CPU. Running cool isn't biggest issue with long life. Its the voltage that hits its max during high temps. You can limit that my limiting your games FPS. In Nvidia control panel game profiles should allow the limiting of fps. Least this is what I do and a plus is your CPU has less work to create those higher FPS. Allowing the CPU more time on connection issues for online games.
