I bought Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti and with it i ordered an HDMI to VGA converter, because my monitor only has VGA.

So my question is: Is everything going to work OK, because i went to some shops and they told me i need a special box with something that converts something to something( i didn't really understand them), but my friend is in the exact same situation with me and with this converter everything is working for him.
