i5 7400 vs 7500?

hi, i know 7500 is more good but can 7400 fully feed gtx1070? and other than this, the difference between two - in 1080p gaming - is much?

Don't worry about bottlenecking. It's pointless if you've picked each part individually and properly. Just worry if the CPU can perform up to 60 FPS. There is a difference, but it will depend on the games you play.
Also, what is the price difference between the two CPUs for you?

around 25$ but in my country $ multiplies by 4 and i'm unemployed.
