Caution: The NH-L12 is a low-profile quiet cooler designed for use in small form factor cases and HTPC environments. While it provides first rate performance in its class, it is not suitable for overclocking and should be used with care on CPUs with more than 95W TDP (Thermal Design Power). Please consult our TDP guidelines to find out whether the NH-L12 is recommended for your CPU.

Only thing I have changed is upgraded to 32GB of memory for work programs and added a Small SSD for a scratch drive.
Those are the LED on/off switches.

I saw that, but I took it with a 'grain of salt' after reading Frosty Tech's review where he used 125W TDP thermal testing and it performed nicely using both fans. http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2662&page=4
Also I forgot to mention, it needs to be acceptably quiet.
