Weird Control Panel game size bug or something??

So I checked my control panel for the size of my games recently and like all of them say 16.8gb, when I know for a fact a lot of them arent even that size,its even saying small games are 16.8gb, and some games dont even have a size either, I'm not sure if its a bug or not but I'm not sure, I have both an SSD and HDD. Using windows 10

Not sure what to suggest at this point.

However I did "google about" some using "Steam File size 16.8 GB"

Noted a few links such as the following:

Down in amongst the various posts I found this, to quote

"Each time ARK updates it adds data to the game, It doesn't replace files instead it moves them. If you uninstall ARK then Reinstall it the game would be 16.8gb."

And similar comments within the following link:

So your problem may have something to do with how files are being moved and updated.

Use your Steam account and go into their forums/FAQs. You...

They are just arranged differently still holding the same space

No I do not know how to use the cmd prompt :/ like I know how to open it and stuff but I dont know what to type in

I re-installed the games on the control panel and deleted steam completely and all the games came back as the same siz, not sure whats up
