What do you think of this build for rendering, editing ,recording videos & Streaming. I'm by no means an expert here so any improvements keeping within a budget of €1000 would be appreciated. Note : This build is NOT intended for gaming. I record an android emulator using a screen capture device & as for games I play in my spare time ...Literally just Minecraft.

Solution
ditch the cooler. 1700 comes with one. u dont need a x370 unless u r looking for a multi gpu setup. go for the b350 like i suggested n save some cash. if u dont need a custom thermal compound if u arent gonna be pushing ur cpu with high oc. go for high speed rams. like 3000/3200 mhz. thats all ;)

that case is sort of nice but i bet you find better looking ones and with similar price in coolermaster and corsair side, nzxt too

the gpu, i would try to buy a bigger one for editing, more cuda cores help in that process with most editing tools

make that ram 6 gbs

the rest looks fine to me, but you could do a bit better by going with a ryzen r5 or r7, more cores and threads for video editing is good, less time and less heat, that 7700k surely will be overclocked but you don't list a cooler for it, something like a evo should be the minimum you buy for it, some artic models comes to mind

[strike]a ryzen 1600 offers better value here. so does a rx570 4gb. make sure u go with 3000mhz ram. the corsair cxm550 is on discount now. go for it. [/strike] didnt read the 'no gaming' and euro part

Hey thanks first of all for replying!
I'm leaning towards the AMD now since most people have recommended it for my needs the GPU I'm unsure of but will look into it ! Thanks again for your help!
