I need a motherboard with a CPU socket of either 1151 or 1150. Can anyone find one that will fit into a Dell OptiPlex 780? Thanks!

It's tough to tell, that's probably a proprietary case meaning any standardized components won't fit as intended.

You're best off seeing what you can grab cheap and saving the trouble, or scrounging for another proprietary board that just happens to fit.

I chose those sockets because they are the only ones that have good CPUs.
