Mic Input very low in games and windows sound application

I have a Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 headset, while in games and viewing the mic recieve volume in windows, the mic input seems almost non existant while in TeamSpeak3, the mic quality is just fine...

Can anyone point me in the right direction of fixing this weird issue?

assuming you check in the "recording devices" for your mic "levels" are not set to 40% instead of 100%

TS will adjust and increase the volume of the mic inside the program but this only adjusts TS voice only.
the majority of program require the MS setting base before being able to adjust... why lower

When I try to change the Microphone levels in the windows sound center thing it wont move, the headset microphone is on 0dB and the slider wont move (http://prntscr.com/f9xdot) **Picture of the sound and mic in windows**

reboot computer make sure your not running TS or anything like it , go back to microphone settings and under advanced and uncheck both boxes in that section.(see below) I have the HyperX Revolver (not S) myself.

are you using the USB dongle with it? (see below)

When using the USB control box, the mic volume cannot be adjusted in Windows. It can only be adjusted with the control box. If the mic volume does not adjust with the control box, please contact technical support.

Yes, I am using the USB dongle but adjusting the mic input through the USB adapter does nothing
