I need to know if this computer can run heavy games

Not even close. The Graphics card is Nvidia NVS 4200M 512MB DDR3 which not only is very weak to begin with, but 512MB VRAM is no where near enough for modern games even easier ones use at least 1GB these days. Although the CPU is modest, it is quite old and is only a dual core at a fairly slow speed (2.7 GHz base clock and 3.4 GHz turbo). I suggest you look for something with more in the range of a quad core i5/i7 and a more modern GPU such as a Nvidia GTX 8xx,9xx,10xx or Radeon 200, 300 or 400 series mobile chips. Especially if you want to run "heavy games". Hope this helps
