Windows 10 Updates using too much hardware resources

This problem with windows update high hard drive activity occurs only with OS installed on a mechanical hard drive.
With OS on SSD you wouldn't notice these kinds of problems.

Can you post screenshot from Resource Monitor - Disk tab - Disk Activity section (order by column total)?

Generally you just have to wait until windows update finishes it's job. But there might be something else going on also.

Sorry about that I had some deadlines to follow so I was on crunch time.
Anyways I think its a problem for Windows 10 to really manage its resources that well yet.
I hope Microsoft patches these performance issues soon its pretty annoying
