Last night all running well untill i install corsair link and for got to put the wire in for the cooler pump to the board so i turned off and put the wire in but when i come to turn it back on cpu fan full speed bios error say something about is it pluged in properly on fan header but i never unpluged the fans and now it over heats

Can anyone help ....!

Solution
No the USB connection is for the link software. The pump and fans should still work.
I'm pretty sure the USB link connection cable is supplied with the AIO package. Mine certainly was.

I would have thought the original builder would be the first port of call if you did not build the system yourself. You should at least consult with them regarding your overheating issue.
Hi James :) First check your header connections.

Normally the Pump connection is to the CPU_FAN header. The fans can be connected to CPU_OPT using a "Y" splitter or to any 4pin header for PWM control. The Corsair link connection is to an appropriate USB MB header.
List the MB if not sure.?
Check in Bios your temperature at idle which should be 10-15C above ambient room temperature.
Where are you getting an Overheat reading.?

Hi thanks for the reply
All connection are correctly plug in been over them a few times ..once i go in bios you can see the temp going up will go over 80 if i let it ever tho the fans are on full speed really loud soon as i turn it on it says cpu fans limited
And cpu temp press F1

Well your next check is the pump actually working correctly. You should notice a change in temperature from the inlet tube to the radiator and the outlet temperature.
How did you apply your thermal paste and with what.?

I would dismount the pump and reapply your thermal paste and see if it makes any difference.
Have you also tried to loosen the thumb screws a little incase they have been overtightened or is the unit so loose that thermal exchange is not happening.?
