could you provide the model of your Intel Motherboard, it will make giving you proper upgrade capabilities for RAM and CPU.
as for the video card, are you trying to use it for gaming? or just working and web browsing sort of things?

well, that pc isn't worth upgrading as its really outdated and you won't find it worthy after all. Still if you want to then you can go for the cheapest gt 1030 maybe from the zotac and cheapest ram available from some reputed brands.

I would recommend you to get new pc instead of wasting your money upgrading old age dying pc.

My bro has a similar pc as i know. I gave him my 4gb ram and gt 210 when i heavily upgraded mine. he doesn't benefit at all due to his old age hdd and cpu. Gt 210 feels sick as it should. 4gb ram never gets utilized while the cpu and hdd remains at 100% utilization in win 7 at idle right now. Just really not worth it. :(

And the ugly part. 32bit doesn't support 4gb ram.

Well, i didn't reply to you bro. Just telling him that its not really worth it as i have seen pc like this with upgraded ram and gpu. the performance gain is very less as the cpu is not that capable .
