  1. Yes however, may i ask how old this Power Supply is? The new grey labelled Corsair CXM are great Power Supplies but the older series (forgot which colour they were) were not so great and if it is indeed the previous series and many years old i would recommend an upgrade. Hope this helps :)

Hmm i'm quite sure it's the old series then but regardless it's still fairly new so you should be alright. Good luck with the upgrade! :)
  4. CRO5513Y -nope its the new model mate (even though they didn't actually release till 2016 globally)
The clue is in the +50w , the old only came in 430/500/600 model , new ones are always + 50 450/550/650.

PSU most likely will work on its limit, but i believe it will be fine as long as you dont overclock your GPU and CPU. GPU 175W S -250W OC + CPU 100W S -150W OC. Also check how many connectors does your GPU need, most 500W PSU dont have more than 1 GPU output, then u will have to use splitter. Make sure you have one.
But if i were you, i would get a better PSU for these 700$ components.

I wouldn't use that PSU tbh.
Power wise it'd work depending on the 1070 you're getting (no 1070 draws 250W)
However it's pretty poor quality and you can get a quality Supply for 50-60$
