I am about to buy a new pc from cyberpower, and they offer me a free motherboard ( CyberpowerPC Z270 SLI Xtreme ATX w/ RGB, AC WiFi, USB 3.1, 2 PCIe x16, 4 PCIe x1, 6 SATA3, 1 U.2, 1 M.2 SATA/PCIe [Intel Optane Ready] ) so i was thinking, will it be ok or should i change it for +40$ and get the MSI Z270 GAMING PRO CARBON ATX w/ RGB, USB 3.1, 3 PCIe x16, 3 PCIe x1, 6 SATA3, 2 M.2 SATA/PCIe [Intel Optane Ready] ???

Solution
Differences between those boards are rather minimal.
Pro carbon has cooling solution for M.2 drive. Is it worth extra 40$ ?
I'd say no, but you have to decide for yourself.
