Motherboard

ASUS H170 PRO GAMING LGA 1151 Intel H170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.

Processor
Intel Core i7 6700 Socket LGA1151 3.40GHz Processor

HDD
WD Blue Desktop 1TB Internal Hard Drive (WD10EZEX)

GPU
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 Dual Fan

PSU
Antec VP450P 450W Power Supply

Cabinet
Carbide Spec-01 Blue LED

Monitor
BenQ GW2470H (24 inch) Eye Care Full HD Super Narrow Bezel Flick...

Speaker
Logitech Z120 Stereo Speaker (Black and White)
All of this sums upto 97K.
I am looking to play all the new games on 1080p as well as I would be creating games myself using Unreal Engine 4 and possibly Unity.
So I tried to choose the Processor and GPU keeping in mind these requirements.

Please suggest me what should I remove or replace to possibly fit all of these in my budget.
Thanks in advance

Solution
not much. evga is a great company and that 1060 comes factory oc'd pretty good.
the i7 costs more. not to mention a z270 mobo and cooler. that doesnt mean AMD is crap. the 1600 is comparable to 7600k in gaming and beats the 7700k in multitasking.
except HDD, case and monitor, buy these from newegg india.

Thank you so much for the advice.
But I really would have preferred an i7 over the AMD one's.
And how much different the GPU you have suggested is compared to the one i picked ?
