Can I run gta 5 pc game

It'll run GTA V but the Graphics card and CPU are going to get hit very very hard, more so the GPU since it's very weak for modern Gaming. My biggest concern is it only has 1GB of VRAM which is going to undoubtedly cause issues even on Low settings. The CPU is capable of running the game fairly but the GPU is going to hold it back. I suggest you consider upgrading the PC if you can, even if just the Graphics card to a cheap RX 550/RX 460/GTX 1050 for now. Hope this helps :)
