hello...i have never used nvidia card before..but i have bought gtx 1060 msi armor 6g previous year...recently i have tried some stress test to test the gpu's max temp..it is 67-68 degree celcius max...but what i have noticed is my clock speed go down from 19xx -1911 mhz very quickly when my gpu cross 62c ..and it is stable there ..some time it drops to 1884 mhz... i tried to lower my temp by bumping up the fan but it didnt help that much..clock speed is stable at 1911 mhz...i have also added 100+ mhz on the clock speed ...and weirdly the temp was same as before with same stress test :/ it didnt rise at all...i dont want to overclock my gpu...my question is "is this temp and clock speed normal for this specify card and cooler?? " "will this drop of clock speed hamper my performance that much?? " thanx in advance 
i am very scared to increase my power limit
