I want consistent 60fps performance throughout the game.
Which settings would you suggest?

My Rig:
CPU: Intel i5 3570 (non K)
GPU: Zotac GTX 980 Amp edition (4 GB Vram)
Ram: 12 GB DDR3 @1333Mhz

1. Game is installed on 7200 rpm hdd.
2. Should I upgrade my ram to 16 GB@1600 mhz?
3. I also tried high settings but unable to get consistent 60fps performance even after the latest patch :'(
4. I noticed when I race with drivatars my performance tanks to 40fps.
5. Which are the most demanding settings?

Please help!

It isn't the best optimized game so unfortunately don't expect a locked 60 FPS unless you upgrade your CPU to one in the higher end. I'm not sure about the settings as I've never played the game, just test around and see what combo of medium - high works the best.

But recently this game got a great CPU patch which distributes load on all of the cores & this has fixed issues for numerous people then why I cannot get locked 60fps?
