So im thinking about getting 3 monitors and 3 1070s to run each monitor indivdually. Now i know if i run them all sli then i connect all 3 monitors to one gpu.. but i want all 3 to utilize display port.

So is it recommended that i do sli for 3 gpus or can i simply dedicate each gpu to each individual monitor

Lastly, if i wanted to out a 4th monitor on top of my middle screen just to use for music and chat rooms etc. can i get a 4th low end gtx ... or should i connect it to one of the three 1070s.. i dont want one monitor to be any slower then the other because it is connected to my 4th as well..

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.. and ik i can just buy a 1080ti and run all 4 but im gonna stick to 3 1070s 3 monitors. If i add a 4th how should i connect it exactly? Mobo?

So if i connect three monitors to 3 1070s via dvi and wanted to connect a 4th monitor via hdmi where should i connect that monitor?

Wont connecting it to one of the three 1070s make one of the cards slower then the others... or should i get a 970 something cheap to run that extra monitor on i can fit 4 gtx on my mobo, any issues?

Ok, so, the HDMI should be connected to your iGPU (the one that is on your motherboard) if your CPU has one.
BUT..... The 1070's will have lower performance if you consider that they will all be on the same motherboard that can not have 3x PCI-e x16. That being said, at least 2 of the GPU's will underperform. By how much? I don't know but the less lanes the PCI-e slot has, the less performance you'll get.
