So I was in the middle of download today and suddenly the pc just shuts off and will not power back on.
I have stripped the pc down preformed the paperclip test and passed. I have plugged in a usb powered fan in the the header and that comes on. I have removed the power button and bridged the connectors with a screwdriver and nothing I have also cleared the cmos
I've also tried removing the GPU and one and then both sticks of ram

Cooler master hyper 212
8gb ballistic ddr4
4gb sapphire Rx 480
500w aerocool 80+ gold psu
