My computer doesn't say that i have a graphics card installed but i can use it??

I just insalled my new cpu and when i turned my pc on and went to change my pc to extend not dupliate it says that it cant detect a 2nd monitor but it is working as a duplicate of the first.

Also when i load up specky and cpu-z it says that i dont have a graphics card installed

Any ideas on what is going on

use gpu z to see if the gpu is reconized with the basic microsoft drivers, if so then run ddu to remove any kind of drivers (if it doesnt work skip this) then download the newest amd/nvidia drivers.

You may also need turn off the iGPU if you have one that came with the new cpu i.e. like most Intel CPU's have. You didn't list specs or much detail so can't really say for sure here but do check your BIOS to make sure its disabled.
