ryzen 1700x, gskill flare x 3200mhz, msi tomahawk b350, evga 1070 ftw2 (icx), evga g2 650w, samsung 960 pro 500gb, 2tb western digital blue and the case is your choice since its a personal preference..
the pricing may vary due to you living in europe but thats roughly a $1200 pc build.

ryzen 1700x 4ghz vs i7 7700k 5ghz: http://i.imgur.com/tvtkbtb.jpg

Mmkay, at work or I would give you a better answer, but, you're looking for something like an i7 6700k, 16GB DDR4 RAM, GTX 1060 or 1070 (1070 is a little overkill but for the budget that's a great future proofing for 1080p). That'll be somewhere in the neighborhood of 650 - 750 USD.

From here, look to spend about 150 on the motherboard, 80-100 on a power supply (80+ bronze about 550 watts at least), then about 70 for a hard drive (SSD if it's in your budget).

That'll bring you to about 1100 USD. Use the remaining cash to pick out a case you like and about 120 on a monitor.

Also, not sure when you gave the budget if you meant 1100-1300 in Euros or USD, so I just used USD.

well that build should leave you room to spare on budget if you meant 1100 - 1300 Euros.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9TdrsJ someone made me that build but the thing is i dont know how to search parts on estonian websites.

Why no AMD? The new Ryzen chips are almost equal to the Intel chips in gaming and superior to them in content creation (vegas) due to having more cores and threads than the intel parts at a much lower price point.

The 960 is unccessary for almost everyone. Ryzen is good, but the 3200 ram is also un neccessary get a 2666 and oc it to 2933
