0.6v is this a problem?

Hi i followed this youtube video https://youtu.be/gMWCFwKBQtQ
When running cpuz my voltage reads 0.6 v not the 1.3 the guy says
Is this normal/dangerous? Or did i do something wrong?

Dangerous it is not but you have to check it under full processor load because when it's on idle, speed and voltage drop and that's normal.

I downloaded the latest version of cpuz and is now showing correct voltage as shown in video. My problem now is i run priime 95 and my temp hit 92 on 1 of the cores the guy mentions lowering clock speed and voltage but dosnt give exact values any ideas pls ?
