My psu gets very loud when gaming and my gtx 1080 goes around 80 degrees (but i think its normal) in Witcher 3. My psu is XFX 550W Bronze. My build has i7 3770, gtx 1080, 2 hard drives, ssd, 3 fans and a wlan adapter. Should I buy new psu? My psu is facing towards bottom of my case. Havent checked the dust in my psu though.

That is plenty of power for that card , no need to change.
Just make sure there's not a lot of dust buildup.
