Solution
"Better" is relative.

Many specifications are established using ideal environments that often favor the product being promoted.

Both manufacturers (Kingston and Seagate) are widely recognized.

Visit their respective websites. Read the product User Guides/Manuals. Read the the FAQs and forums.

Go online and read both professional and verified use user product reviews.

However the key is to decide what your requirements are and what is most important with respect to those requirements.

All you can really do is make a choice, purchase, and hope for the best.
