Looking for advice on upgrades for my pc, I am looking at getting a i5 7500 and 16gb of ram I have a gtx 1060 with an amd fx 6300 and 8gb ram getting about 100fps with overwatch and a bit more with csgo with settings lowered, I have a 1440p 165hz monitor is what I'm getting enough to see a good increase in fps?

The 1060 is capable of 90-110 FPS at 1440p on ultra in Overwatch. If that's what you're getting on lower settings, you're CPU limited. If you're getting that on ultra, you're GPU limited.

If you're trying to get 165 FPS at 1440p on ultra, you'd need a GTX 1080.
