Yes it probably can, but to be sure use a power usage calculator. The dell unit has some draw backs like short cables and a loud fan but power is not one of them. That's because it was designed to be upgraded (by dell) for a better gpu or ssd. On a side note, can you send me a photo of the top of your motherboard near the socket? Would really appreciate it
I vote no. Two main reasons. One, those older cards really do use a lot of power, it's no joke. Two, pre-built computer power supplies are almost never as powerful as their rating. I'd bet that 460W PSU that computer has is really equivalent to a good 300W PSU, if that.

If your plan is to upgrade an older computer for gaming, use a low power card. One that doesn't require a 6 pin connector would be ideal.
