Best cooler for i5 4690K

Hi! I want to buy a new cooler for i5 4690K, my case is Zalman Z3 Plus (160mm max cpu cooler height), MSI Z97-G43. But i think the biggest problem is high memory, 4 x G.Skill RipsjawX 2133MHz CL9 4GB.
What cooler can i buy to fit both memory and case? Will i be able to overclock i5 4690K much?
My budget is up to ~70 euro/$.

A decent aftermarket cooler should do the trick, CRYORIG H5 universal is okay but the H5 ultimate is better than both. The dark rock 3 is a nice cooler but pretty quiet which is what it's known for. I've never heard of SPC let alone that fan you mentioned so I dunno... if it stacks up well go for it.

Thanks for answer, will i be able to overclock my CPU high on that Cryorig H7? Is the Dark Rock 3 much better? And what about Cryorig H5 Universal, SPC Fortis 3?
