Hello guys,

Well trying to built a gaming pc in a budget i am going to buy asus sabertooth z87 motherboard with i5 4670 with rx 480 4gb with 1 120gb and 1 1tb hdd, i have readed here that the board will not support less than 1.5v rams and i dont see hynix rams in motherboard qvl. i can get hynix in a good cheap price and hynix rams are good in performance as compared to thier price will get 16 gb 4 gb each ddr3 1866 mhz because mobo can support 1866 mhz, so just wanna make sure is it supported and also how much watt psu i needed for the pc there are also 4 fans installed in cooler master cosmos se casing, i am looking at Antec earthwatts EA500 500W and XIGMATEK 600W Tauro 80 Plus Bronze, SeaSonic S12-500 watt and seasonic s12 600 watt and also corsair gs 600 watt but i wanna buy 500 watt psu because i think that would be enough but i want some guidance on it.
Thanks.

Recommended PSU rating is 500W for the RX 480 8GB so you're good to go with that or anything over (assuming a good quality unit, do your research and read reviews of what you intend to buy).

As far as the memory - only thing I can say is contact the company that makes what you want to buy and see what they say. Personally I like to stick with something on the QVL list - but that's not as big an issue as it used to be (if it ever was a big issue).

I assume you are getting real deal on those components. If not, I suggest something more modern, Z87 and the 4670 are kinda long in the proverbial tooth. Last I looked you could get into Kaby Lake for not much, if any, more money.
