Weird beeping noise when moving mouse.

Whenever you move the mouse, it generates activity bursts in the CPU and GPU. Those bursts cause bursts in power usage and what you are hearing is the PSU reacting to those load swings. All PSUs do so, but some are more audible than others.
You may want to try turning off your audio amplifier and disconnecting the audio input cable from the amplifier just to be 100% certain that what you are hearing isn't noise from a ground loop between the PC and amplifier which can also generate similar noise patterns.
