my pc froze watching a video and now when i reboot it will give me a black box like it is about to load windows then my kb and mouse leds shut off and it freezes. I have tried reinstalling windows with a rufus and stock usb windows installer but that will also freeze and shut of my kb and mouse.I have also tried dban but that also froze and won't load. So I assume it is a hdd problem, any help?

do you know what brand it is ? some manufacturer have a usb app that can boot and run specialize utils to see if you can reformat/fix issue. or diagnose, its dead "jim" .
