i just bought the exact replica of my RAM stick inside of my PC (the one working) its a DDR3 8GB RAM stick

the one i just bought is the exact same make and model. My PC is a HP Pavilion 500-419 64-bit

it has 4 RAM slots and i tried color coordinating them and everything, i cleaned my RAM slots and still wont read when both of them are in.

when i put the brand new one in it doesn't give me the "no RAM recognize beeps" but instead all my fans work and sounds like its booting up but no graphics will go on my monitor. when i put both in it beeps for the "no RAM recognize" error

please help.

Solution
Memory manufacturers don't guarantee memory modules will be compatible unless purchased as a single kit. Rated specifications of any memory is guaranteed to be obtainable only in the kit it is sold in. If you are adding an additional set of memory, the memory may not work at all or may be unable to operate at rated specifications.

Buying exact replicas may sound logical to you, but that is not how things work.

You may need to relax the timings and/or frequencies in order to get two sets of memory or two singles to work. Another option you may need to do is increase the dram voltage or reducing the CPU multiplier.

An OEM HP PC may not have any or very limited options to change those settings in the BIOS.
