Help me build a Gaming/Streaming PC for 1500$

I need help building a PC for streaming and gaming at the same time. This will be my first build and I'm looking for someone to put a parts list together for me please.
Budget: 1500$
Location: USA
Use: Gaming, Streaming, Video Editing, and multitasking
Peripherals: Keyboard, Preferably the Asus Cerberus
Operating System: I need an OS. Preferably Windows 10

Made it Up Quick on pcpartpicker so you may want to look it over a bit:

You should choose the case as that is almost completely opinion based.

That Should Round to about $1500 in parts, plus $40 for Win10 on kinguin.

if u want, u can scale down to the MSI gaming pro b350 mobo [costs 80 bucks] cheaper case n ur choice of keyboard. wouldnt recommend cheaping out on other parts.
