60 k build help!!!! INR

Hi

My last build died and I'm planning a new pc but for 60k RS. The parts that I need are

Cpu
Gpu
Cpu cooler
Ram
Cabinet ( mid tower )
Mother board

I am a gamer And I only play Csgo and Dota parts I already have

K70 rgb keyboard
Segate 1tb hard disk internal
AMD 6300 black edition ( if I can still use this then no need for cpu)
Death adder chroma

Also I wanna go back to Windows 7 , win 10 shit absolutely shit

Any build is highly appreciated thanks

I have a PSU ( corssair V500) which is more than enough for me , also because there is several stuff running in the background which cannot be disabled no matter what windows just decided that they dont care i will soon move to a MAC OS for sure , also i will need a CPU for sure
