I've been having an issue with my desktop PC randomly restarting. It never fully shuts down, and ends up rebooting itself. I cant run more than two things at once. Ex: Skype, Facebook or Netflix without it restarting itself. Also, just recently my screen is starting to flash. And start up takes much longer than usual. I've run several diagnostics on it, and I have no idea whats going. Any ideas or advice would be great. I'm thinking it might be my power supply.
