amd fx 8300 cpu

Okay my problem is i reformatted my computer with windows 7 home premium 64 bit and now my graphics card dont work..it shows windows is starting but then after that goes black and my hdmi monitor says no signal and my other 2 monitors act like they are working but black screen and i cannot figure out what the heck the problem is! Any help will be great

Are you running a multiple monitor setup? If so, disconnect all the others and just focus on one for the time being. Seeing that your card has other connection types, I'd suggest you try one of those as a band aid and see if you can rule that out as a possibility. Did you pull your card? If it's not too much of an issue, disconnect your PSU from the wall plug, and then re-seat your GPU. It can't hurt to try anything.

There are some suggested steps part way in this discussion here ....

I take it the Windows install all went fine until you put on the latest graphics drivers and restarted? You can run one monitor in safe mode ? Try uninstalling the AMD drivers and update via the hardware control panel. Let Windows update the driver instead of DLing and installing Crimson stuff.
