Hello,
So I wanna build a new PC but I can't choose between these boards :(

I like ASRock, I like Asus. But some people say Asus is the better manufacturer at the end of the day anyway. But the ASRock board offers more so I'm not really sure.

For example ASRock offers 1782MB shared memory for the iGPU while Asus only offers 512MB (I'm gonna use the HD 630 iGPU for a few months untill I get a new graphics card so that actually matters I think?)
But then the ASRock one doesn't have VGA output while the Asus one does. (My monitor only has VGA input)
Then again ASRock one matches my color scheme while Asus one doesn't. Because I'm gonna buy the Raidmax Sigma Black Ver. (The only tempered glass case aside from CM MasterCase Maker 5t which is stupidly overpriced where I live) and I want to buy an RX 480 (the MSI GX because it's the coolest and the quietest which is "red"). So my color scheme will be Red and Black which matches the ASRock board but not the Asus one... I'm really confused x.x

I know that and I will have the shop update the bios for me. That's no problem. Z270 are just too expensive compared Z170 boards.

Getting a Z270 for the same price as these boards will result even in lower overclocks and they wont have half the features. I aslo don't mind losing 200MHz or something while saving $60 lol

Exactly.
And I don't think MSI Z270 PC Mate or MSI Z270M Mortar have better power phases than Z170 K4 or Z170-A.

Can't find it anywhere where I live. I live in Iran.
I have done a lot of research and the best ones I've came across are these 2 boards for my budget. (Z170 K4 and Z170-A)
