having issues with i5-3570k & new MSI 1080ti

Hey sorry fell asleep afterposting this at 4am. I think i have a saved Hwinfo or monitor file saved but i deleted that app becasue everytime he senors would refresh it would send a lag spike thorugh entire pc with game max and minimized. really odd.. even with my 770 never had a simple tiny program like that give me lag. and it did not look like my cpu usage was too high which is concering... but ill run those other two programs here in a few minutes and let you know whats going on.

im tryin to put that Hwinfo file on here for you but when i open the csv file in notepad or wordpad it shows up kinda like a bunch of gibberish you have a good program to use to open stuff like that so i can post on here for you.

ok I've done that even though I had done it through the Geforce exp before. It seems like mozilla and random other apps startup a little faster but games still have a little pause. Im about to see if my 770 can hook up to this new monitor. It just drive me crazy cause that card was almost as much as the rest of the entire pc hah...for some reason the screen takes a minute to get to the 2560 x 1440p @ 144refresg resolution even though thats the resolution native to my monitor and what I had games set to.
