Asus win7 install

bought ASUS X540S type-C laptop. windows 10 is installed. tried to install windows 7 but failed. called customer care. they told windows 7 is incompatible. I want to know is there a way to install windows 7? and if yes how? and then are the drivers will be available?
Please help if anyone can?

If the company that manufactured the laptop tells you it's not compatible to run Windows 7, then it will most likely NOT run Windows 7 or you will have a TON of issues even trying.
In this thread are many people attempting to do just what you are wanting to do. It took several different steps, with trial and error. But there is no quick and easy way to get what you want done.
