Hey guys,

I recently took my secondary system (which still runs Win7) to a LAN party, and decided to put a password on it for the evening - something I don't normally do.

However, now I've come to set it back up and I cannot for the life of me remember what I set it to (don't drink and game folks!).

So far I have tried:

1) Remembered and trying different passwords

2) Using the free trial of 'Iseepassword' unlocker - the trial finds the passwords, but you have to pay to reset them.

3) Using the free trial of 'Windows Password Unlocker' - it hangs indefinitely when trying to make the bootable USB media.

4) Using the 'ease of access switch' (where you use a recovery disk to open cmd prompt and then over write the EoA button on the log-in screen with cmd prompt to reset the password. - but I got 'access is denied' when trying to switch them.

5) Using the 'Offline NT password & registry editor' - I go through the steps to make a bootable USB successfully, but when the locked PC tries to boot from it, it gets 'Kernal Panic! Syncing failed'

I do not have the Win7 install disk. I cannot create a Win7 ISO disk as Microsoft won't let me download it with an OEM key.

I have tried everything that I know of and have gotten nowhere. Can anyone help?
