Almost in every game frame drops. The latest is in Prey. The gameplay is good and holds a solid 55 to 60 fps, but when it comes to the fight, it starts to fall as high as 20 fps. I also had problems with outlast 2 when every little frame went below 20. Just to say that processor temperatures and gpu are normal.Bottleneck is good, I checked it out. I also scanned the computer for malware viruses, and that's okay. These are my specifications
CPU: AMD FX 8120 3.2 ghz is not overclocked
COOLERMASTER HYPER 212 EVO
GPU: NVIDIA GFORCE GTX1050 ti 4GB
PSU: COOLER MASTER GX 550W
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS M5A78L LE
MEMORY: 2X DDR3 1600 4GB
OS: WINDOWS 7 SP1
HDD: WD 320 GB SATA 2
RES: 1920X1080 60HZ

Solution
For Prey your CPU falls below the Minimum and Your RAM only meets it. My system does the same as my CPU is to slow. Think we both need to upgrade to a Ryzen 1600 or higher. All I can suggest is optimize as much as possible. Use cclearn and advanced systemcare to clean the registry, scan for junk, and shut down a few services with boost. Both are in the popular downloads list.

And when you do max out an 8120, you're likely to still see some throttling - this low-end FX chipset with weak VRMs, frequently without heatsinks on them tends to struggle with 125W CPUs near load (you wouldn't see that in your overall CPU temperature).
